Connectivity
The watch app communicates with your iPhone in real time. If you see 'iPhone not reachable' at the bottom of the watch screen, it means the watch has temporarily lost its connection to your phone. This can happen if:
Your iPhone is out of Bluetooth range
The SpikeLive app is not running in the foreground on your iPhone
Your iPhone's screen is locked and background refresh is restricted
Simply bring your iPhone closer or open the SpikeLive app on your phone to restore the connection.
Tips & Best Practices
Set up team names in Settings before starting your match for a more professional stream
Test your Facebook Live connection before the game starts to avoid delays
Use your Apple Watch to score points when your phone is set up for filming
Keep your iPhone plugged in or fully charged during long matches and live streams
If a score is entered incorrectly, use the -1 button to correct it immediately
The deciding set automatically uses your configured Deciding Set Pts value
