1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using PureWeather ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PureWeather provides weather information, forecasts, radar, aviation data, and related features for personal, non-commercial use. Weather data is sourced from third-party providers including Apple WeatherKit, the National Weather Service, NOAA, OpenWeatherMap, RainViewer, and others.

3. Weather Data Accuracy

Weather forecasts and alerts are provided for informational purposes only. TYLOAL does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any weather data displayed in the App. Do not rely solely on PureWeather for safety-critical decisions, including but not limited to severe weather preparedness, aviation flight planning, or emergency response. Always consult official government sources and trained professionals.

4. Aviation Information

METAR, TAF, and flight category data shown in the Pilot tab are sourced from the Aviation Weather Center and are for general informational purposes only. This information does not constitute official preflight weather briefing material and should not replace consultation with a certified Aviation Weather Service provider or official FAA/NOAA resources before flight.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and code in PureWeather is the property of TYLOAL. Weather data remains the property of its respective providers. The Apple WeatherKit wordmark and data are property of Apple Inc.

7. Third-Party Services

The App connects to third-party APIs. TYLOAL is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those services. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TYLOAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TYLOAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON WEATHER DATA FOR SAFETY-RELATED DECISIONS.

10. Changes to the App or Terms

TYLOAL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
